Welcome to PandaViz. Please read these Terms carefully. Using our services means you agree to all terms herein.

1. Definitions

1.1 "Services" refer to PandaViz's AI-powered image and video enhancement platform, including online tools for upscaling, colorization, background removal, batch processing and quality improvement.

1.2 "User" refers to individuals who register for a PandaViz account and use the platform services.

1.3 "User Content" refers to images or videos uploaded by users through our platform.

2. Account Registration

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

2.2 You should provide accurate registration information.

2.3 You are responsible for maintaining account security.

3. Prohibited Use

3.1 You agree NOT to use our services for:

• Generating face-swapped images of real individuals without their consent;
• Creating non-consensual deepfake content of any identifiable person (including celebrities);
• Producing content that mimics any real person's voice, image or likeness without authorization;
• Violating applicable laws or distributing malware;
• Engaging in fraudulent activities.

3.2 Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All PandaViz platform content is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law.

4.2 User Content IP belongs to the creator. You grant us a license to process your files for delivering services.

4.3 Without permission, you may not copy or use PandaViz platform materials.

5. Payment

5.1 Paid plans auto-renew unless cancelled in advance.

5.2 You can manage subscriptions in account settings at any time.

5.3 Upgrades are prorated and charged immediately.

6. Data Privacy

6.1 Uploaded images are processed in memory and deleted immediately after rendering. We do not store, share, or train on user content.

6.2 Contact information and billing data are stored securely and used only for service delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Services are provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7.2 Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

8.1 You may cancel anytime.

8.2 If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately.

8.3 Account data is deleted within 30 days after cancellation.
