PandaViz provides AI-powered image and video enhancement services. If you are not satisfied, refer to the following refund policy.

1. Free Trial

1.1 New users get a 14-day free trial of paid features. No payment required to start.

1.2 After trial expires, automatic subscription begins unless cancelled.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Within 30 days of first purchase: Full refund available if no or minimal usage.
• Service outage: Full refund if service was unavailable for over 48 hours due to platform issues.
• Duplicate charges: Immediate full refund for system errors.

Requests outside these conditions will be reviewed within 5 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Usage beyond 30 days with significant consumption of credits or processing power.
• Account termination due to Terms of Service violations.
• API access fees (once API keys have been generated and used).

4. How to Request a Refund

2. We respond within 3 business days;
3. Approved refunds return to original payment method within 7-14 business days.

5. Refund Methods

• Credit/Debit Card: 7-14 business days;
• PayPal: 3-5 business days.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime in account settings. Current period remains active until expiration.
